Position Overview: Airoom is seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Director with over 8 years of experience to lead our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the creative strategy and ensuring the highest quality of visual and conceptual output across all platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong creative portfolio, and a deep understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with Airoom’s brand vision and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
• Oversee all creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the creative process.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and creative agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Establish processes and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative team.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the digital or advertising industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across different media.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand development.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the home design or architecture industry is a plus.
• Strong background in digital marketing and content creation.
• Magazine and billboard experience is a big advantage.
