Job Description

We are seeking an experienced  Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects . Looking for someone with design build and tilt-up wall project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and oversight for large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project, P6 Primavera, or Power Project ASTA.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
• Implement and enforce Lean construction principles and Last Planner methods to improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve construction challenges and conflicts in a timely manner.
• Work closely with project managers and leadership to align construction execution with strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong background in design build and tilt-up wall project experience.
• Experience with lean pull-planning would be a PLUS.
• Quality control certification is a PLUS.
• Strong ability to develop, maintain, and manage project schedules.
• Experience in client management and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, processes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and a large project workforce.
• Proficiency in construction technology and project management tools.
