Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to manage large-scale commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial projects, from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Lead meetings with stakeholders and contractors
- Monitor project performance and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
- Provide regular updates to clients and management
- Resolve project issues and drive process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of commercial project management experience
- P6 and Buildertrend experience required
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75k (up to $100k with experience)
