Your Role as a CNA:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions to supervisors
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families
• Follow care plans designed to improve clients’ quality of life

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CNA License in Tennessee
• Strong attention to detail – We need caregivers who take pride in their work
• Experience in home care, long-term care, or hospital settings preferred
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to client homes
• Commitment to professionalism and client dignity
