Job Summary:

The  Meat Cutter  is responsible for preparing all meat orders within the butcher shop for all locations on a daily basis, while additionally assisting the Head Butcher in supervision of the Butcher's Assistant.

The “must haves” for this position include:

• 1 year Meat Fabrication experience

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• Meat Fabrication certificates
• Knowledge of different kinds of meat, seafood, smoking ,brining techniques
• High volume meat fabrication

The expected pay range is $19.00 . This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
