As a Business Development Associate, you will help generate new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support the execution of growth strategies. This role provides a strong foundation to build a high-impact, client-focused career with opportunities to develop critical skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy.
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to plan and implement business development strategies
Identify and engage prospective clients and strategic partners
Organize and support client meetings , including presentations, demos, and follow-ups
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
Assist in developing proposals, pitch decks, and promotional materials
Support lead generation campaigns and ongoing client engagement efforts
Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize business development activities
Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, or client success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
