Duino is looking for PT and FT experienced baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable and is passionate about our food, drinks and what our brand stands for. We have AM and PM shifts available.
Requirements, Qualifications & Physical Demands
- At least 1 year barista experience is required. There is a practical portion of the job interview where your skills will be tested.
- Craft coffee experience preferred, but not required
- Register and cash handling experience is preferred, but not required
- Cross-training on food preparation may be required, but not intially
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate effectively with fellow crew members and customers.
- Available to work some early morning (starting as early as 6am) and/or evenings. We close at 7:30pm; we do not have late shifts.
- Availability on Sunday is a huge plus, either AM or PM shifts.
