Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients through diligent research and outreach
• Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our services
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to prospects
• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and reschedule missed appointments
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on outreach and follow-up approaches

Requirements

• Proven experience in an appointment setting or similar role
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience with CRM software is a plus
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls on a daily basis
