We are a respected staffing firm specializing in property management, offering competitive compensation with WEEKLY pay. No on-call required! An immediate position is available in Olivehurst, CA - start right away while enjoying weekends off!

Hours: M-F - 8am-5pm (subject to change based on community needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartment units for move-ins, ensuring cleanliness, optimal maintenance, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
• Execute various make-ready tasks, including painting, cleaning, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor maintenance.
• Collaborate with the property management team to efficiently prioritize and complete make-ready tasks.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address maintenance or cosmetic issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory usage.

Qualifications:

• Preferably, prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in make-ready tasks, such as painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
